MARYLAND CO-CHAIRS


Tony_Campbell_MD.jpg Antonio (Tony) Campbell is a professor of Political Science at Towson University teaching Political Theory, American National Government, MD Campaign Strategy and a survey course on Presidential Elections. Tony has served twice in the United States Army as an enlisted member and as a Chaplain in the Maryland Army National Guard. He currently holds the rank of Chaplain (Major) in the Maryland Defense Force (MDDF). In his civilian ministry, Tony preaches at his home congregation, Greater Works By Faith Ministries in the Randallstown section of Baltimore County. Tony is a former Chair of the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee and currently serves as Chair of the Maryland Black Republican Council. He is the President of Marylanders for Coherent and Fair Representation, Inc and served as the honorary statewide co-chair of the Maryland 2012 Referendum Project. He is working on his first book on political theory entitled “America Today: Political Theory and Practical Politics” that will be published in the fall of 2013. He is the father of one son, Taylor Alexander and lives in Towson, Maryland.


Heather_Gaffney_MD.jpg Heather Gaffney  lives near Baltimore, Maryland with her two children. She is a stay-at-home mom who homeschools her special needs son as well as her daughter. Currently, she is a designer for Origami Owl, representative for Lilla Rose, and runs her own Etsy shop online. She is also active in her church. Heather served alongside Tony Campbell as a Maryland State Co-Chair for the Rick Santorum for President campaign. She was also an integral part of the Loretta Gaffney for State Delegate campaign in Howard County, Maryland.
