1st,  it is ridiculous that even some members in Congress don't even know the differences between A assault weapon or semi automatic yet alone A magazine or A clip . They use scare tactic and children to pull at our emotions to further their agendas .

  The opponents of gun rights will throw out who needs  a 30 round clip or why would you need A AR-15 to shoot A turkey or A deer. They say that buying A gun is as easy is buying A loaf of bread .When The 2nd Amendment gives us the Right to keep & bear arms against A Tyrannical Government .

   No body wants A Felon /bad guy to have A weapon but there are other ways  for the criminals thugs  to find them. Instead of Universal Background checks how about mandatory training or A test if you want A gun .We make you go trough A written and driving test for A car . .

  Now they, so it seems ,what to categorize everyone who possesses one as mentally unfit .  If your on panic attack meds or depression or several other or A returning military person  that have PTSD .

    We easy forget the Stalin and Hitler confiscated their peoples guns and how did that turn out  ? The Peoples Right to defend ones self is A natural right  and should not be infringed .

 A added note : a less trained / experienced person doesn't need A assault weapon to start out on and also be responsible and search out some good training and by all means know your gun that your going to use .

I am proposing that those receiving unemployment or welfare support be required to dedicate a portion of their week to food production in sustainable agriculture. By working on farms, urban or rural, or in community gardens they will learn how to produce healthy and sustainable food for themselves and their communities.  Let's teach them how to sustain themselves without assistance!!!

I strongly protest the ostrasation of Pam Geller from the CPAC conference, apparently at the instigation of Grover Norquist. NO ONE should be allowed to dictate who is to speak and who is not, particularly considering Norqusit's ties to certain unsavory organizations and individuals not conducive to the best interests of the welfare of our nation. I urge that every speaker scheduled to appear withdraw their agreements, or protest this action vociferously, and those who are to attend demand refunds. Pam Geller is a greatly admired, courageous woman, and does not deserve to be so insulted by a traitor like Norquist.

If I could interrupt the State of the Union Address

Mr. President, Ladies and Gentlemen, of congress, my fellow American’s we are here tonight because the President of the United States of America is here to address the Union.

Well, Mr. President, you do not need to give that State of the Union tonight, because we the American people already know what the state of this Union is.

I know right now some of you are getting really upset, because I am somehow doing this, you think that I am disrespecting the President and this Congress, and that someone should stop me.

Well, you see this is my house and Congress and this Presidency belong to me, it belongs to My mother, my step father, my sisters and brother, my wife and children, my neighbors, the people of Mississippi, Connecticut, Indiana, California, Texas and everyone in between.

You, see this is our house and you the elected members of this house, the senate and the presidency answer to me and to each and every one of my fellow citizens, no matter their ethnic background, be it Black, white, Hispanic, Jamaican, Japanese, Chinese Or Native American, it belongs to each and every legal citizen and this includes you the elected.

Let me give you a small history of myself and then this country.
First, I was raised in New England to a mostly Democrat Family, I do have some relatives that are Republican; some may even consider themselves moderates or independents. But for the most part Democrat.

So, how you wonder, is it that I am here as A Conservative challenging my President, and my Congress here on the Floor of the House of Representatives.

We’ll let me tell you, it is because of the Lies you will hear tonight, from this President and applauded by this House and some of my misguided fellow citizens.
I am here, because I swore an Oath, the same basic oath that you Mr. President, Mr. Speaker and everyone in this room, to serve and protect this Nation, and The Constitution Of these United States against all enemies foreign and domestic when I served in the United States navy.

We’ll let me tell you the majority of you have failed to keep your oath.

So, Mr. President you want to stand here and spat out your lies on the state of this Union?

You want to give false figures and statistics

You want convince us that you know better than we do and your plan is the right plan.

Well, you are not our king.

You are not any better than I am or every other citizen of this nation.

You are a mere common man who we have entrusted with the overseeing of our nation’s leadership.

You are not here to exercise your beliefs of a socialistic society.
We know that, you want to criticize your opponents and spread propaganda to boast your view points.

You want to increase your power through this propaganda. 
We’ll let me tell you what the state of this Union is.

It is divided, confused, and misinformed, it is poorly educated.

The people have been pitted against each other, on social, economic, and racial issues, and the trust of thy neighbor does not exist anymore.

This country is spiraling out of control fiscally and let me tell you there is not one of you here, that has the right ideas on how to stop this disaster. 

Not the Democrats here, Not the Progressives (Aka; Democrat Socialist Party), Not the Republicans, Independents or Moderates. Not one of you!

Or maybe you do and you are intentionally leading us in this direction for your own political and financial power and greed.

So let me go back a few hundred years.

You, see we came from people, who lost their blood and lives to create a more perfect Union.

These people where our forefathers, for many in this nation our ancestors.

Many people in this nation want to dismiss them today, they want to say they were radicals, they were terrorist they were whack jobs.

Some want to dismiss them, and say that they could not foretell the future and what we in today’s society could need from a government and that the Documents they wrote are obsolete.

And, I want to say, yes, they are right, that these people were radicals, and terrorists, they were revolutionaries who did know what they were doing.

They were Hero’s, Visionaries and brilliant.

You see, they could see what the future could be like, because they lived in a world much like today, where the tyrants, called kings, queens, lords and such kept the people confused, uneducated, hungry, at odds with each other, untrusting of their neighbors.

Their government imprisoned those who challenged them and killed others who they felt a real threat.

They lived in a time where Religions and Governments intertwined and destroyed those who had other beliefs.

They lived in times of strife, injustice and Tyranny.

They saw what Tyrants and the Aristocracy did to the common man.

They lived in a time where a tyrant King ruled over their colonies, and stole from their labors to stuff his coffers and treat his loyalist, the lords and Military leaders, very well.

Our Founders were brave men and woman, Native American, White settlers of Irish, English, Italian, and Spanish descents, they were also Blacks from Africa.

Our Ancestors grew tired of this tyrannical life and wanted to separate from the Kings rule.

So they did become as some of you have called them radical, terroristic, Revolutionaries with a vision and a dream that their children and grandchildren and theirs leading all the way to us could live free from tyranny and injustice.

They wanted us to live without fear, that they could practice their religious beliefs without persecution.

They wanted to be free from working as slaves for the needs of a King.

They wanted to be able to speak freely amongst themselves or in a public forum without fear of reprisal.

They wanted the right to redress wrongs of their leaders and to be able to correct these wrongs.

They wanted the right to property.

They wanted to be able to raise/grow their own food and own their own business without owing the King first; they wanted to prosper from their own labors.

They wanted their natural rights as granted by their creator. 
And they wanted this for all of us too.

So, they won our freedom from tyranny and the King of England, and we became a great Nation with great citizens and a great although not perfect Constitution.

This Constitution that many of you want to ignore came not easily, because even back then their where differences of opinions, with some wanting to be more like the Monarchy of England and some wanting other types of governmental theories, but although they had differences in opinion they did manage to give us a great document.

The document they wrote was a Constitution not for the Government to use over its people but for the people to hold in Check its government.

They saw fit, that a government for the people by the people would be small and very limited in its authority.

Today our government is one of the largest governments in world history and you Mr. President want to make it larger.

The sad thing is we have allowed this Country to go astray from the founding principles and appointed criminals and thugs to preside over us for too long.

A President is not to proclaim to be a King, nor should his actions be presumptuous of this action.

The role of a president is to ensure that the country is safe from those who would see it destroyed.

His most important job is to ensure that the Constitution is upheld in the highest regards, and that the Federal Government is run in the utmost efficiency.

His role is not to write laws nor is he to influence laws by selecting staff and or Justices for this purpose.

He should not allow himself to be obligated to special interest groups or Lobbyist.

His Job is to sign bills or veto these bills and send them back to the Congress.

Mr. President, You would call this the mob and would be trying to put down this organization and jail their members if this were not the Government.

You want to give statistics, here is one that should be listed in every newspaper, and broadcasted from every news media service, a statistic, which would show the criminal convictions and/or all the current criminal charges being prosecuted on many of the elected people in this room.

The criminal activity in your Government Mr. President Is deplorable, just look at your staff alone.

We keep trading more and more of our freedom, for false securities by a power hungry government which since the early 1900’s have slowly transformed our Republic into a Socialist/Marxist type government.

Even as our European friends have failed in their versions of socialistic societies we seem to keep allowing our governments push in this direction and this administration, led by you Mr. President a devout Marxist pushing us in this direction much more quickly.

If you, my fellow citizens out there, really think the majority of these people here in this room are really concerned about you, then I guess, I am talking to the wall and our country will fail and we will all become slaves to tyrannical leaders.

We will become a regulated and controlled society like Korea, China and other Dictatorial Run nations.

But our leaders know that:

“Hey,” the American people seem to want to live as government slaves.

They know, we would allow ourselves to become Pawns of the government and to the aristocrats who would rule man, leaving common men as slaves rather than allowing for the freedom of man.

They know that Today's Americans would rather give up freedom for a false hope of security.

Fore once the government takes complete control; the only ones it will hurt are the people themselves.

So, my fellow citizens; What happens when the rich no longer exist outside of government?

What happens when inventions, by inventors and intelligent thoughts go away?

What happens when Television, Cell phones, microwaves, and automobiles become a commodity that only the chosen few can have?

What happens when we all live as Poppers and beggars on the street?

What happens when we all look for morsels of scraps from our new kings, queens and Lords?

What happens when all of our communities look like Detroit?
What happens when we have very few Doctors, to heal the sick?

So America it is your choice allow our politicians to continue to bastardize the Constitution and the bill of rights and continue to allow for the option of more Obama and more restrictions, more freedom lost, more job loss and just more imprisonment to the Government.

John Adams said:
“There are two ways to conquer & enslave a country. One is by the sword. And the other is by debt.”

So now you are saying to yourselves,

Ok? What does this nut job speaking about the loss of our freedoms, what’s he going to say next?

Who cares about this, I have never had the freedoms granted in the Constitution, I was born in _____ .

I have only known a country where Government is responsible for everyone and all that ails us.

My family was helped and my neighbors helped by this form of government…

I am tired of the Rich getting rich…

I do not care about government as long as they help me….

I want to get what I want and I feel that the government should provide this. ...

So my fellow citizens this is what I have to say….

Mr. President, Mr. Speaker, and all of you our elected official;
You need to think about what you are leaving for our Children and their Children.

You need to stop, stop, lying to the people.

You need to stop stealing from us.

You need to tell the people the truth about the rich.

You need to stop your collaboration with any of the nation’s top executives.

You need to stop looking at other nations for your guidance.

You need to eliminate all associations with special interest groups.

You need to eliminate Lobbyists.

You need to stop these rapidly growing restrictions, regulations, laws, and bans.

You need to stop ignoring the Constitution.

So my fellow Citizens, now what do we do?

I am not an elected official or Lawyer, but that’s good because I am not blinded by stupidity.

But this is what I would suggest.

Convene, a new Constitution Convention: in which it restores the Constitution and the Original Bill of rights. And then reviews all Amendments to the constitution after the original 10.

Develop new Amendments to protect the rights of all Citizens and strengthen the 10th amendment.

This group should be made up of Constitutional experts, from all parties, to include Libertarians, Conservatives and also a few members of our society that are not associated with Government.

I am not an economist, but that is good because many of these people today are misgiven, and taught with bad science as taught by their socialist teachings.

They believe we can borrow tax and print our way out of economic trouble.

But the first thing that needs to be done is for a group of educated Conservatives, moderates, Libertarians and Democrats convene, in an Economic brain storming session:

They need to one decide how to save our economy.

1. Eliminate the 16th amendment

2. Strongly consider the Fair Tax act.

3. Wean us off the So called entitlements, programs to include:
a. Welfare
b. Medical aid
c. Food stamps
d. Special housing

4. Withdraw all troops from all forward deployment sites unless:
a. Our Allies would be required to pay for the cost of our presence.

5. Secure the Border:
a. Using the troops we bring back from over seas

6. We need to stop being the world’s police force and forcing our principles on countries that do not ask for our help in setting up governments like ours.

7. We need to try and stay out of some not all, civil wars in the world.

8. Maybe it is time we allow other nations take the first step in stopping injustices in the world.

9. Eliminate the Current CIA, FBI and all other federal police forces and establish a new agency that is concerned with acts against our nation from abroad and with very limited spying from within.

As for the 2nd Amendment, we need to protect this and all the rights granted in accordance with the individual states Constitution.

As a society we should police this right within our community and ensure that mentally unstable people cannot have access to fire arms.

If we give up this right then we give up our right to ensure we can protect our Nation and our freedoms from a tyrannical run-a-way government, or enemies from the outside.

My fellow Citizens there are many more things that need to be considered, but these need to be discussed slowly and through our representatives.

Our Children and their children now depend upon us to save our nation, for they will not even know what it means to be free people.

We must stop borrowing from our children so that we can have our own sense of security, and success.

We must suffer now as our founders suffered to provide the freedom from economic strife, Government tyranny and social injustices.

Our Founders warned us and provided us the means to prevent the situation we have allowed ourselves to get into.

They wrote a strong document to restrict government.

They gave us the Bill of rights.

As Jefferson said; 
“Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty” – reflected not just a populist suspicion that those who put on airs and graces are untrustworthy, but the abiding conviction that power corrupts and must therefore be severely curtailed.

And Abraham Lincoln
Our safety, our liberty, depends upon preserving the Constitution of the United States as our fathers made it inviolate. The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts - not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution."

So, Mr. President, Mr. Speaker, my fellow citizens it is up to us now, to set us on a better path or forever be known in history as a country that had a dream.

That all men are created equally free by their creator and to be allowed independent thought.

That the citizen would rule over their government, instead of the government ruling over their citizens and that they would have the rights to religion, arms, and the ability to speak freely, and to succeed and prosper from their work.

And all citizens would have the rights to own, and protect his property.

But this dream was only temporary because the citizens became lazy, greedy, envious and corrupt, and allowed the government to take their powers away for a false sense of security.

My friends, neighbors and fellow citizens;

The Big Government tax and spend policies will not save us or our nation. It will only in the end be our demise.

We need to stop the jealousy, envy and hate in this Country.

We need to stop making our celebrities our hero’s and Violence in our movies from being the top sellers.

We need to put morality, joyfulness and love back into what we watch, and listen too.

We need to look at our athlete’s as champions of their sports, but not the champions of society.

We need to stop immortalizing our celebrities’ successes and their flaws.

So Mr. President, ladies and Gentlemen of the Congress this is the state of the Union.

So, I now entrust you and this Congress with our future.

The Senate hearing today regarding the Benghazi massacre and subsequent administration cover-up harkens back to the depths of the Nixon White House. Thank God there are at least GOP senators who refuse to let the story die; no thanks to the mainstream media.
