Statement: Santorum commends Cotton for leadership on calling out misguided Iranian negotiations

VERONA, PA - Former presidential candidate, U.S. Senator, and Chairman of Patriot Voices Rick Santorum issued the following statement of support for Sen. Tom Cotton's (R-AR) efforts to call out the Obama Administration's misguided and naïve nuclear negotiations with Iran.

Rick Santorum said: "Under President Obama, the United States has gone from a policy of peace-through-strength to one of lead-from-behind.  Senator Cotton is correct, the United States Senate plays an important role in moments like this and President Obama cannot usurp their authority. The deal is a bad deal and what is necessary to make it an acceptable deal for our national security isn't even on the table to be negotiated. I am grateful that the U.S. Senate is exercising their constitutional prerogative to stop this reckless diplomacy by the Obama-Kerry-Clinton foreign policy team."

I agree. The treasonist act …unconstitutional act, was when Obama took it upon himself to by pass Congress. This so called deal by Muslim Obama is in concert with Muslim Iran.
