The audacity for the UN to think that they should have anything to do with our children here in the US of A. There are already laws in effect to protect these children & adults!! To start with IN 1970 PUBLIC LAW (P.L.) 517. In 1974 P.L. 94-103 was implemented. The biggest change came in when the American Disability Act was signed into law by our President George H. W. Bush on July 26th 1990!! I am not a parent of a disabled but my sister is a disabled individual or as I like 2 say differently abled person and I have worked with the developmentally disabled for over 30 years of which I have been witness to so many great changes in the field!! NO WAY DO WE NEED THIS DONE TO OUR PARENTS & FAMILIES OF THESE INDIVIDUALS!! Just a back door for government to come in and tell us how to do the job that belongs to us, the parents, families & advocates. Next they’ll be telling us who has the right to be served medically when Obama healthcare ordeal occurs!! NO THANK YOU TO THE WORLD GOVERNMENT I DO NOT WANT YOUR INPUT INTO WHAT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY!!
